Return Policy
- If you need to return your purchase for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund, you may return within 14 working days of delivery. All we ask is the ítem is returned unused.
- In the event of an Exchange or refund, please contact hola@escapadacycling.com and we will provide you with all the details.
- The purchased ítems will be exchanged or refunded as long as it is returned intact, has not been used, washed and keeps the original labels.
- Postage fees for returned items will be payed by the customer.
- Refunds will be reimbursed by the same payment method used upon purchase. Exchanges will take a maximum of 14 working days upon reception of the ítem in our installations.
- In case of an exchange with a different price, the refund or payment of the varying amount will be cleared before dispatching the new ítem in a maximum of 14 working days upon reception of the previous ítem in our installations
- In the case of a defective ítem the exchange or refund will take place with 14 working days upon reception of the ítem in our installations. Postage fees will the payed by escapadacycling.com. In case of lack of stock of the defective ítem, exhange or full refund of the ítem will take place with in 14 working days upon reception of the defective ítem.
- Escpadacycling.com reserves the right to decline returns sent later than 14 working days after reception by the customer and/or ítems that are not returned in the same conditions to those sent.
- Espadacycling.com is not held responsible for those items returned by the customers that do not reach our installations.
POLíTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
- Ofrecemos la posibilidad de devolver o cambiar tus compras en el plazo máximo de 14 días laborables desde la fecha en la que se entregó el artículo.
- Para efectuar la devolución o cambio se tendrá que enviar un email a hola@escapadacycling.com e informar de dicho procedimiento para que le podamos indicar los pasos a seguir.
- Los productos adquiridos podrán ser devueltos o cambiados siempre y cuando estén en perfecto estado, no hayan sido usados, no hayan sido lavados y contengan sus correspondientes etiquetas.
- Los gastos de devolución o cambio correrán a cargo del cliente.
- Para efectuar la devolución se realizará mediante la misma forma de pago que se haya utilizado en la compra. El tiempo de la devolución se efectuará en el plazo máximo de 14 días laborables, desde el recibimiento del artículo en nuestras oficinas.
- Para efectuar el cambio por otro producto que contenga diferente importe se abonará o cobrará la diferencia y se procederá al envío del nuevo artículo en un plazo máximo de 14 días laborables, desde el recibimiento del artículo en nuestras oficinas.
- Si el artículo esta defectuoso se efectuará el cambio o devolución en un plazo máximo de 14 días laborables una vez recibidos en nuestras oficinas. Los gastos de transporte correrán a cargo de escapadacycling.com. En el caso de no tener stock de dicho artículo defectuoso se podrá cambiar por otro artículo o efectuar la devolución del importe en un plazo máximo de 14 días laborables.
- Escapadacycling.com se reserva el derecho a rechazar devoluciones enviadas fuera del plazo de los 14 días laborables desde la fecha de entrega al consumidor, o artículos que no se encuentren en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron enviadas al cliente.
- Las devoluciones pagadas por el cliente que no lleguen a nuestras oficinas no serán responsabilidad de escapadacycling.com.
