Luxemburg, Tour of 1989.  Start of the time trial but the ramp is empty!!!  Panic, where is Perico?  Delgado started 2.40 minutes late.  Pedro got distracted talking when it was his time to race.  However, he ended up third in the Tour that year.  Maybe the moral recovery made him stronger.
